Group Coaching

Group coaching, as defined by the International Coaching federation “empowers teams to work toward continued high performance and ongoing development, requiring innovation, flexibility, adaptability and goal alignment – all traits that coaching helps support”. In other words, it provides a safe environment for collaboration, deep questioning, reflection and knowledge sharing. Some benefits to group coaching:

The opportunity for open sharing of knowledge, experience, and perspective amongst group members (depending on the level of trust built in the group).
The potential for new insights for both the individual and the group
The opportunity for deep and lasting connections and relationships between the individuals in the group with each other and their coach.

As a certified integral coach, I work with teams to offer a tailor- made team coaching programme based on the needs of the organisation. I will partner with you to help your team gain new insights, understand their blockers and what's contributing towards it, as well as what they can do differently going forward by becoming more self-aware so that they can self-correct and self-generate from an individual and team perspective.
